DICE offers you an original give-back coaching model, combining personal development with the philanthropic practice of individuals, groups, or companies.
Together with DICE Education©, DICE Advisory©, and DICE Philanthropy©, it supports organizations in fully developing their potential.
DICE coaching is based on the transformational ontological model, which has constructivist philosophy, linguistics and the biology of knowledge as its theoretical basis.
- It aims to find new opportunities for people to take action by establishing different and more fruitful conversations with themselves and others. At the same time, it activates energies and directs resources towards philanthropic causes.
- How?
- A percentage of the fee requested for the coaching service will be directly donated by the client to a philanthropic cause of their choice, through an awareness journey that will be conducted alongside the coaching sessions.
