Ricciuti
Philanthropy advisor, expert in integral sustainability and executive coach.
She holds a degree in public management and a PhD in global philanthropy in health and development. After 20 years of academic experience in the field of philanthropy, social innovation and social impact evaluation, she gained experience in the corporate world and institutional philanthropy in various roles.
In 2025, she founded DICE Impact & Philanthropy to integrate her diverse skills into a comprehensive and transformative experience for companies, foundations and social investors.
She loves to invest her energy in any field where private creativity meets the public good.
Elisa
Amodeo
Advisor, researcher and lecturer, she has been working in the field of environmental sustainability for over 15 years. She lectures at the School of Industrial Engineering at LIUC University and carries out applied research at the Polytechnic University of Milan, focusing on optimising the use of resources in production processes, life cycle assessment (LCA) and participation in various European projects. Over the years, she has supported public institutions, companies and organisations in their transition to sustainable models, she has coordinated training activities for managers and public officials, and collaborated on complex projects, including the SEA for Expo 2015.
She combines scientific rigour, a systemic vision and the ability to transfer knowledge, contributing to the development of strategic skills for sustainability in research, teaching and consulting.
Luca
Baraldi
Expert in policy analysis and strategic intelligence.
For over 20 years, he has been consulting for public bodies, companies, foundations and social organizations on strategic transformation projects. He analyses the strategic implications of the platform economy, information automation and artificial intelligence in both public and private contexts.
Advisor to international start-ups, he is a member of ORBICOM (International Network of UNESCO Chairs in Communication) and an associate researcher in numerous research projects on computational justice. Since 2024, he has been an ambassador for the European Digital SME Alliance and a member of the Focus Group on AI at the European Institute of Technology.
Manuela
Rosignoli
Event producer, she has developed cross-disciplinary skills throughout her career that enable her to move between organising major cultural events, corporate events, managing partnerships, institutional relations and local entities.
With a degree in Management of Artistic and Cultural Heritage, she entered the international production circuit thanks to Studio Festi, working in Paris, Brasilia, São Paulo and New York. Between 2011 and 2021, she has worked in the development of innovative organisational formats such as Piano City Milano, Piano City Palermo and Bookcity Milano, with the sensitivity to balance the relationship between private individuals, institutions and the local area with the aim of creating projects that would have an impact on society.
After more than 20 years in the business, she is still in love with her job.
